Quartz 2 is a very slick puzzle game, with colourful graphics and a simple concept: you have to drop coloured blocks into a diamond-shaped playing area and match up four or more the same colour. This situation is helped and hindered by various special blocks that can stop you making lines, change colour, burn through existing blocks, and many other functions.
Maybe the most interesting thing about Quartz 2 is the multiplayer mode, which lets you play either against computer opponents, or against real players on nearby compatible phones through Bluetooth. As you solve puzzles it drops bricks on your opponents playing areas, making it harder for them to solve their puzzles, and they can do the same to you. The winner is the first to get to a certain score.
